Way back when (in September) I made Kat’s bag. The project had a nice flow. And it seemed like it would be one of those that could look totally different with different fabric. And wow, does it ever!
This time the bag is a full size messanger style tote. The exterior is a black linen blend, the lining is dark red. The skull motif is appliqued on with red embroidery floss (which you could see if I wasn’t such a pathetic photographer).
So while the project was the same, the outcome was totally different.
I’m picturing butterflies for the next one. Or maybe garden gnomes.
